Launch of Fast Forwards: Labour's case for high speed rail

Sera has launched a new publication, 'Fast Forwards: Labour's case for high speed rail', at the Labour Party Conference in Brighton.  The packed event heard from speakers including Lord Adonis, Secretary of State for Transport, Neil Kinnock, Rosie Winterton MP, Will Hutton and Sir Richard Leese.

Fast Forwards sets out the case for building a high speed rail network in the UK and includes contributions from leading Labour figures and other experts such as Gordon Brown, Lord Adonis, Ken Livingstone, Louise Ellman and Spanish Transport Minister, Jose Blanco Lopez.
